I will explain to you the importance of looking at properties in your area that are for sale, that have sold and those that expired. Each category tells us many things about the Buyers that are currently in the market.

Next, I'll ask you about your goals in selling the house. Everyone who sells a house has different goals that need to be factored in when calculating the selling price.
