This home in was priced agressively to begin with but we have reduced the price anyway.  It "shines" when compared to others in the same range.  This was not a spec home but was customized for the owner.  This one owner home is meticulously maintained. AND... as the price was reduced the interest has picked up also.  Stay tuned.... going, going, gon.........?
