Here in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area we track the number of listings versus the number of sales during the current year and compare it to the past 2 years for each month.  July was not a stellar month for us.  Our inventory is up and our sales numbers are down in almost each price range.

And like I stated a couple of weeks ago….This is such a GREAT time to buy.  Sellers are more willing to negotiate.  There are lots of things to choose from.  And interest rates are awesome!
