Meet Sabrina M. Thompson
“Like any other REALTOR®, my goal is to sell your home or help you find your next house or piece of property. But more than that, my mission is to help my clients or customers find the home they've been hoping for or the property where they can build their dream! If they are selling a home, I try to find the right buyer while making the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. I realize that this sounds pretty idealistic, but its my approach. I understand the decisions my clients and customers are facing. I know that the choice they are making is one they want to be very happy with for many years. Because of this, I feel a great amount of responsibility for their future happiness. Believe me, I do not take this responsibility lightly."
I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1984. I have been affiliated with Real Estate III since 1991 and received me Brokers License in January 1992. I am a member of the CAAR Million Dollar Sales Club, Top Producers Club and Circle of Excellence. Since joining Real Estate III I have been a member of their top awards group, The Diamond Club and I was awarded the CAAR Sale Associate of the Year Award for 2003.
I believe in education and I am always attending the latest courses to stay abreast of the ever changing trends and markets. I can attribute much of my success to my many repeat customers and their personal referrals of families, friends and colleagues. These customers know that I am committed to Professionalism, Excellent Service and "Results You'll Love!"
